The
Cove Retreat is made up of clusters of Villas and Treehouses,
surrounding beautifully
natural tropical gardens. An ingenious method of lease back
On the beach front there are six Tree houses,
a resident's
only bar and restaurant and eternity swimming pool.
Privately owned using an ingenious
method of purchase and lease-back to the owning company,
our custom designed and built
treehouse structures come in a simple African style, developed
by us in the quest to place
something original on the coast of Kenya. Decor is a mixture
of Arabian and African, and because we try to make each unit
possess a different character, internal furnishings are variants
on the same theme.
All Treehouses have spacious sitting and dining areas and
a modern separate kitchen layout. They also maintain a concept
that we prize - privacy.
Bedrooms are double or twin size, with en-suite
"inside out" bathrooms. All units have spacious verandas
overlooking the gardens.
Some of them on the beach side have views of the
sea. Oasis pool Treehouses overlook the enormous pool and have
views
of distant
Shimba Hills.
The Cove is an idyllic
place, best suited for those seeking a holiday home, a second
home or simply just a home to retire to. A private well and
filtration system provide clean, sweet, water all the year
round. The estate has resident security personnel on site
24 hours, and the security lights switch on automatically to
ensure
maximum security even while residents are away.
Each Treehouse has it's own carport at reception.
Residents will pay a monthly service charge to cover security,
garbage collection,
maintenance and insurance. The Treehouses are complemented
by business services in our reception area, a small bistro,
and a relaxation centre. We offer excellent services, maintenance
and security.
The overall development comprises
of a reception area, a mix of 16 units comprising luxury
Villas of three types,
and two bedroom Treehouses. There is a restaurant and bar
at the Oasis swimming pool, and further afield, staff
quarters,
and car parking. All of these are carefully designed units.
The Treehouses are both convenient and appealing, whether
on a long term stay, a short holiday or an investment
of choice.
The Cove Retreat is situated in forty acres
of natural tropical gardens, a few minutes drive south of
Diani - this
area offers
a variety of hotels, restaurants, shops, banks, a casino
and a busy market. We are an hour an a half from the International
airport in Mombasa. A walk through the property takes you
to
a lovely uncluttered, private, beach and sea. Windsurfing,
sailing, scuba diving and deep sea fishing are also practiced
nearby.
